Shipping policies:
All orders are processed within 1-4 days depending on availability. Orders will be processed in the order that they are received.
Only one shipping address per order.
Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on service selected. Free shipping will use either service at our discretion, but most likely USPS Ground Advantage. Once the carrier receives your order, please understand that we have no control over the shipment.

If the carrier is unable to help you locate your package, please contact us and we will do everything we can so that you receive your order.
If you choose USPS Priority Express, this will not change how fast your order is processed! This will only change how fast USPS gets the package to you once they receive it.
If picking up, please wait for an 'Awaiting Pickup' email. Pickup orders will be held for a maximum of two weeks unless you get in contact with us. After two weeks, your order will be refunded and you must place another order. .
Return policy
Returns are generally not accepted given the nature of our product but all concerns and issues are handled on a case by case basis.
