Shipping Information

We ship out orders as quickly as we can – normally it is the next day, but could take up to two days to send if we are out of stock on something. You will receive a shipping email when your order is shipped.

Please note that Priority Mail is currently facing major delays due to the large volume of packages that USPS is receiving as well as a shortage of employees due to COVID. We unfortunately do not have any control over your package once it leaves our store. If your package is delayed, please visit the following page for more information:

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. You may see USPS priority 2 day shipping. This is the time USPS calculates it would take your package to reach its destination under normal circumstances. It is NOT a guarantee of delivery in that time period. There are significant delays right now with the postal service so you should expect a considerable delay when placing your order.( In other words, a standard 2 day delivery could potentially take 5-10 days or more right now) Once the packaged is picked up by the post office, it is out of our hands, but we are more than happy to track your package for you. You can also contact USPS with your tracking number and sign up for email or text updates.

Finally, the shipping address you type in on our website is the one we use – PayPal defaults to the billing address.


Pickups are now available for our Somerville store. During checkout, make sure 'Ship to the same address' is unchecked (see images below). Please wait for an 'order completed' email before picking up.
